Yes indeed! English like all languages is incomplete; there are things you can say that can't be said in another language, and vice versa. And there are lots of examples. For instance, in Greek and German the word for human being is usually translated into English as "man." Greek has four words for "love"; Arabic has 11, and English has one. Russian has no single word for "to have". You can't directly translate "home" into French. Spanish has two different words for "to be", and you have to learn which one to use and when.
Add bias and it really becomes a mess!
