One thing I appreciated in Spain was the waiter holding a pot of coffee with a pot of hot milk, and asking me how I wanted it.
In France you can order "un café noisette". "Noisette" means hazelnut, but here it is a small amount of milk in the coffee.
The strongest off I ever drank was from a Bedouin in Iraq. He gave me a very small amount in a silver cup. No milk or sugar offered. It was delicious, but afterward I felt like dancing on the table...
Finally, my little sister who had Down's liked what she called "a nice cup of cawfee" while she lightly tapped the side of the cup.
Tea? Tea? Whazzat?
