"Lillith" does not appear in the Bible, though she (it?) does in some rabbinical literature. So does the Golem. And so?

The two creation stories, Genesis 1 and 2, are incompatible, but the compilers of that book didn't dare leave one out. This makes for interesting midrash, and speculative theology too.
